Lost my courses and level progress on my learn profile
Does anyone know how I can contact Microsoft about my learn account? I tried to log on using my work laptop and my profile has been reset back to 0. I've lost all of my achievements and learn...
I am facing the same issue i cleared two certs using my work email and also merged it with my personal profile but now everything is gone and no cert exist also it is new learn profile i have lost the old one
Can any one here help me how should i resolve this?
