Auth app lost
I have lost the authenticator app on my Microsoft account due to my phone being stolen and I have no access to it but I have the recovery email connected but that alone isn't enough to change the password could somebody please help me

I've been dealing with an update from Windows 10 to 11, the last few weeks & MFA added the chaos. I had to re-set my password at least 5 times over 3 weeks, so I am very familiar with IT and the MS help menus. You are able to remove MFA from a phone you no longer have.
