Auth app lost
I have lost the authenticator app on my Microsoft account due to my phone being stolen and I have no access to it but I have the recovery email connected but that alone isn't enough to change the pas...
I've been dealing with an update from Windows 10 to 11, the last few weeks & MFA added the chaos. I had to re-set my password at least 5 times over 3 weeks, so I am very familiar with IT and the MS help menus. You are able to remove MFA from a phone you no longer have.
