    Whatever policies you configure the Syntex model to use, it will be honored at the library level. To specifically address your questions:
    1. When a Syntex model is deployed to the library, whatever configuration that is at the site level will not be applied.
    2. When the policy is created and attached to the model, it will be applied to the destination document library when deployed.
