Syntex creates only Single line text fields for each piece of information.
I have deployed and applied "Structured document processing" model to one of my libraries in SharePoint. I chose two pieces of information to extract: Date (type date) Table, which had 6 columns (with types : text, number, date) The training of the model and the extraction itself seems fine, but after applying the model to the library, all the columns, that Syntex creates in the library for the new content type are "Single lines of text". No number, no date... Is there something I am missing or is this the Syntex situation right now? Similar problem is with longer strings, where I would like the Syntex to grap the whole string, but since he is not able to create Multi line column, he just cuts the string after the character limit is reached. Any advice for how to proceed would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Community, I've been testing out the new Microsoft Syntex feature for document translation, but it doesn't seem to be working. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? The translation option appears in the library, and I can select the desired language, but once I confirm, nothing happens. Does anyone know if something might be wrong? Content lifecycle management using Microsoft Syntex
I understand that Syntex content extraction capabilities helps to identify the document types (such as Insurance document or Invoice) and then apply retention policies (such as 5 years or 10 years) based on the document type. One of our customer would like to analyze their SharePoint content properties (last accessed date, orphan state, access frequency, PII state etc.,) and then take appropriate action such as retain or archive. Configuration Content Assembly Issue
Hello, While configuring the content assembly for all libraries in all SharePoint Sites, we receive a "Something went wrong. Please try again later" message. For the past two days, I have been attempting to access a free trial of Microsoft Syntex, but every time I encountered an error message stating, "Something went wrong, your product isn't available." During my research, I came across several blog posts mentioning the "Syntex Per-User License Notice end of Sale."
