Wrong Sharepoint List Column Names displayed for some users

Make sure everyone is looking at the same view. It's possible that someone is using a bookmark or link in their history that points to a different view. Or maybe someone has created a private view and set it as their default?

nicop1 A view is just a web page- if two people click on the same URL, there are only a few things that would change what they see: target audience settings, permissions, parameters at the end of the url, or maybe a caching/browser issue.
- They have list level permissions and SharePoint doesn't have column level permissions, so that's not it
- Try another browser, or at least clear the cache
- Make sure when you test the list in the address bar, take off the question mark and everything after. If that still doesn't work... Try creating a new standard view, not from an existing view. Make no changes, and see if a new view fixes it for you.
