Work table in one drive
Can I make worktables with one drive with different mail domains, with users outside the company?

What you want to achive using this? do you want to use that as source for any reporting??

I want to get one or more users to share information, can edit it and that other users, who are from other mail domains can access the information
Okay,
if you are using One Drive for Business you can by default do it unless your Office 365 has denied, if you are using any particular SharePoint library and you want to share that information your Office 365 Admin has to allow that site to access from outside user.
