Word Locked
Hello, I have a small problem. I have been locked out of an document after Word Online crashed. When I try to open and edit the document it says that I can't edit this document with other people....
I have the same problem on a regular basis - even when I haven't experienced a crash. I am often able to edit the document but am locked from deleting the doc or renaming the doc. This occurs with no other users currently accessing the doc.
