Why user can not unfollow a site

I have followed a Hub site, but currently i am trying to UN-follow it, if i click on the Follow start to un-follow nothing will happen:-

also when i accessed the list of the sites i am Flowing nothing will appear:-

although i am currently following at-least one site.. any advice why un-follow a site is not working for our uses?
