Why the "+ New" menu inside modern pages contain different options on some pages

I have noted this issue inside our modern pages:- Where on some modern pages the "+ New" menu contains these options:-

 

But once we copy the page using "Copy of this page", the "+ New" menu will start showing these options instead:-

 

so does this mean that we can only copy the page once ??

    I have just checked this and I'm not able to reproduce what you are seeing...no matter the number of times I browse the page, I can create a copy of it as many times as I need

      jcgonzalezmartin  so in your case which image you always get? the one with 2 options or the one with extra options? and what could be causing the issue at my end, this issue is happening to me on 2 different tenants
