Why can't I add a mailto link to the Quick Links web part?
I really like the features of the Quick Links web part, but I need to be able to add a mailto: link... Is this going to be added soon? I can't be the only one needing to do this!
Agree with Juan, I'd vote for it if there isn't one there. Don't know how many times I've went to use mailto: on those links and couldn't. However, your work around is create a link on a url shortening service that supports open links like mailto. This one worked http://tny.im/ put in your mailto: link and then just use that as your Quick Link, works great.
