When clicking on search results in modern team sites, blank tab is opened.

We are experiencing the same problem with one additional scenario.
Some users get an about:blank tab that opens before their page opens.
Some users only get the blank page. This happens for those that do not allow pop ups in their browser.
So far I've seen it occur in ie 11 and Chrome 66.0.3359.139.
We first noticed the problem on 5/4/2018.
Maybe someone from Microsoft can help StephenRice any thoughts on this issue?
We've tested again today and this seems to no longer be an issue. Clicking upon search results in Chrome or IE 11 no longer opens a blank tab and the search results are working. Thanks for all the responses!
