What's happening with Tasks?
We're hearing lots of new features for the Modern pages, but nothing about the Tasks app. Given that it's a tool for tracking projects, that's a pretty major feature being overlooked by MS. Does ...

Just guessing, but I'd say Microsoft Planner is where they want this type of stuff.

Soooo happy to hear that the Task list type has a future. Planner is a good tool, but it's just one of several valid project management methodologies, and doesn't accomplish some of the things the Task list can.
- With that being said, is there a way of 'hiding' tasks or documents from other teams?
We have it set up so that each team in the organisation has their own site, with their own permissions to read and edit etc. However members from other teams are still able navigate to other team's pages and see their stuff.
Is there a way around this? Thanks for that - I've had a look and you're right, they're going to intergrate MS Planner into SharePoint with a webpart.
No indication as to when (typical MS) so we'll just have to wait and see!
