I would recommend you to create a Project Tasks list by code in SPO using the Template ID for a Project Tasks list you can find here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/openspecs/sharepoint_protocols/ms-wssts/8bf797af-288c-4a1d-a14b-cf5394e636cf

jcgonzalezmartin thanks for your reply. but i did not get your point on what you exactly mean by "create a project Tasks list by code"?
