What determines the 'Owner' of a file/folder?
Hi, I'm having trouble interpreting the info bar for a selected file/folder in a modern library. Choosing "Manage Access" will show this for example: Now, I can see that "Company...
I think I found part of the answer so I wanted to update this post.
User that are assigned a permission level containing the permission "Manage Permissions - Create and change permission levels on the Web site and assign permissions to users and groups." will be listed as owners of the file / folder in question.
