What count as a Managed Device inside SharePoint admin center "Access control"
Inside SharePoint admin center >> we can define Unmanaged Device access control, as follow:-
so my first question, what count as a managed device? are those only Azure VMs? or if i have a windows or unix laptop and i login to it using my Office 365 account, then this is also considered as managed device?
second question, when i click on this link, i got this message since the account does not have the needed license :-
so is there a way to apply those settings directly inside AD without having to worry about the additional license?
Managed devices are enrolled devices in your entra id. For example if you intune enroll devices.
The license is required to do these actions.
