But yes Kudos to the team!! Amazing start to a modern interface for the SharePoint train that keeps in chugging!
- No reason IT Admins can't create them through OneDrive/SharePoint, or user PowerShell. Waiting on the new Admin Center for it to be available within there.
What do you need to administer? set up the same model like Groups Expiry for all SharePoint sites and they will self manage, that's the goal anyways
