Webpart has disappeared

On a page with your Web Part (previously) on it, do you see errors being listed when you open your browser's console / developer tools? (F12 --> Console)

Thanks for responding :)

Actually, we do see an error stating that the webpart cannot be rendered because it cannot load the manifest.

However, this error is not new and it also appeared when the webpart worked.

What has me baffled is that the webpart has disappeared from the available webparts and cannot be inserted.

    Although we are using the classic experience, the symptom is the same as in the comments of the thread. Thanks for that!
    
    It looks like we may need to upgrade the solutions to use version 1.4.1 and reinstall the application after removing it completely from the tenant.
    
    Thank you so much again for your time!
    
    Will update this thread if we get it working again.
