"We couldn't add this to your saved items."

Our Save for Later web part is working pretty consistently, however, a warning is showing up on certain pages for random people:

We've tried republishing the page. Also, the people who can't save it are in the same permissions group as the ones who can save the pages.

Any clue what is causing this?
