View with date grouped shows different date

Hi,

We have a weird problem we have a date field in a list (lookup field) it displays normally something like 3/7/2019 but when the view is grouped and then expanded by default the date shows as the day before 2/7/2019

If its grouped the date and not expanded by default the date shows correctly. Not sure why when it is grouped and then expanded by default the date shows the day before.  

Has anyone come across this before?

This doesn't happen on any other list only this one, this list was migrated from sharepoint 2013 to office365 sharepoint using migration tool so maybe an issue with the migration.
