View-Only permission in Sharepoint Site Permissions MISSING

Hi scooter4483, You can also create your own permission level that includes all the necessary permissions.

I found a solution with a description of how to do this.

thank you for the reply. I did see the solution you mentioned and the ones I found but wanted to see why the permission level doesn’t populate even after following the instructions for it.
