View - Missing Options - In the top-level folder

 

Hi everybody, I am trying to create filtered views in a document library. In this library i have about 200 folders.

 

My goal is to create personal views for my colleagues so they can see only the necessary folders to make their lifes easier.

 

I tried to filter the folders by name, but unfortunetley that does not work. Filtering by folders name does work as far as I can see just the relevant folders, however, the documents in the folder are not displayed, since the filter is applied on the documents once I click in the folder.

 

Does anyone have an idea?
