Hi, Monika, Project Online and SharePoint are going their separate ways so I would not encourage you to explore the POL/SharePoint model deeply further. Feel free to reach out to ask me directly about this if you like. Microsoft wants people to use SharePoint Lists for light projects and the DataVerse for projects requiring relational data. In the meantime, I encourage you to look for Power BI solutions for the reporting you want for execs.
