Using InfoPath Forms in Sharepoint Online Non-Modern Sites
From everything I can find, this should work as there is still a Form Library and settings for InfoPath, but unfortunately it's not working. 1. My Infopath SP Admin Centre settings are attached...
Unless the need is called for Advanced formatting, theme's etc. on the forms, I suggest using out of the box SharePoint custom list, using the SharePoint forms. You can have those do about anything you want with the data provided by flow. to send e-mail, etc. etc.
