Users with read only access AND sharing links externally?

Marcus804 - Unfortunately, no. I've basically given up. I refused to believe there wasn't a solution but so far found nothing.
A few of our employees basically just started utilizing personal OneDrive accounts and finding folders/items on our shared directory and utilizing the "copy to" feature to move those files to their personal OneDrive where they can then share a link with customers.
It's extra work but the best option so far I guess.
