Users can't view or access a specific item in library
I hope someone can help me, as I am at the end of my ressource. There is one specific file from my library that some users can't view in the list and access. It's not only that is not accessible...
For anyone wondering, I have not figured out why it was like that.
But after downloading, deleting and uploading back, it's working. Unfortunately, you loose the historic data etc.. for it.
I hope it won't come back, or can understand what happened, as I don't like to "patch" stuff without understanding what the true cause is.
