User is unable to move files within Sharepoint online
User is unable to move files within Sharepoint online where their colleagues with same permissions are
We have an issue with a sharepoint site that a user has raised with me.
When they right click on a file in their browser and try to move the file elsewhere, there is no "move"option.
However their colleagues who have the exact same permissions, do get the option in the right-click menu to move.
What would be causing this?

- This can occur when a user is trying to move documents in a Document Library web part, instead of within the Document Library itself. Verify the User is working from within the actual Document Library.
I had no idea that "web part" vs "actual" was even a thing, but your advice solved my problem. Somehow, my team's bookmark linked to the web part. Thanks!
