User is not seeing all options from 'New' in documents folder
Hi,
A user has advised they are unable to see all the options when they select the 'New' button, within Documents
It's mainly the Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote options.
I've asked the them to ensure the options are ticked when you 'Edit New Menu' and they advised they are all ticked.
They have Edit permissions.
Any other setting I can look at or any solution?? They have advised other users also don't see all the options and have the same permissions

This issue is affecting multiple users with the same permissions within the same site and document library. To resolve this, I will first investigate the view configuration of the affected document library. It's possible that the view being used by these users has the desired options disabled or not selected in the view settings. I will create a new view and ensure that all the required options are enabled in the "New" menu settings.
Then, I will set this newly created view as the default view for the document library. Next, I will ask the affected users to clear their browser cache and cookies, or access the document library in a private/incognito browsing session. This could potentially resolve any caching issues that might be causing their browsers to display an outdated or incorrect version of the "New" menu options. Additionally, I will thoroughly investigate if any custom solutions, third-party web parts, or customizations are applied to the document library or site, as they might be interfering with the "New" menu options.
If any such customizations exist, I will temporarily disable or remove them to see if the issue persists in their absence. Even though you've mentioned that the affected users have edit permissions, I will double-check their specific permission levels and the groups they belong to within the site and document library. Any discrepancies in permissions or group memberships could potentially contribute to this issue. If the issue persists after attempting these troubleshooting steps, I will escalate the matter to Microsoft Support.

Would you know why certain people can see the full view and others cannot when in the same site and Document Library??
So to make the options appear again, create a 'New' view and delete All Documents??
