  Steve6521d Interesting about the 'read and understood'. Where you lost my interest with the use of email, if you tapped into the Approvals app within Teams, it would be worth a look. My company is abandoning the use of email as the basis of work more and more.

    gdackerm Thanks for the feedback regarding the Approvals App (will take a look). We now have an integration with Teams and an Web part that can be added to SharePoint pages (details https://readandunderstood.com/teams-and-sharepoint-acknowledgement-app-install); this is in addition to the used of email. Later this year we are planning to make email optional when using Teams Activity Notifications as an alternative
