MicrosoftThanks for the feedback Larry. The logic should be - link on the same site opens in the same window. Link to another site/domain/etc opens in a new tab. This is the behavior we're trying to consistently create with all our links in modern experiences (going away from author manual choice to a more consistent experience for all users).
Originally I was able to use the Quick Links Web part to add a link to a folder within the Document Folder. Now I am unable to do so. I can only create a link to a file or a page. What am I doing wrong?
