Use Teams to manage SP Communication Site content
I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how I might use a MS Teams site to semi-automatically maintain a SharePoint Communication site? I'm a little new to both platforms but understand that Teams is just a UI that is using SP to store and manage documents and information. I'm looking for as simple of a way as possible to setup a MS Team for a group of 15 people so they can maintain and update an internal SP Communication Site that anyone in our company can view. We have limited resources and support to be posting and updating SharePoint pages, so my hope was that I could do the initial setup and hyperlinking to documents, wiki's and stream videos and then the MS Team group could make changes within their Team group page that would propagate over to the SP Communication page. (I don't want to be some SP moderator full time... please help.)

Maybe adding a WebPage tab that takes the team directly to the communications site in Teams would be the best option? You could just have them click on that tab and edit the information on the sharepoint site from within the tab on teams.
- DeletedThere is nothing out of the box that can do that, you will have to come up with Custom Microsoft Flows connecting your two sites to do workflows to move files from one page to another, approval flows etc.
Teams itself really won't provide you any benefit other than collaboration via Chat / Coauth of documents. Some of the flow integration could be maintained in Teams thou. But right now it's a pretty manual process.
We've been told to expect some approval/publishing changes and some things with managing content on comm sites etc. to be announced at SPC. But for now it's a bunch of manual configuration to make things do what you need.
