Usage Metrics

I had a few questions related to the usage metrics page/report on SharePoint Online Site collections.  the first question is about how often are those metrics refreshed.  If I visit/view page against the site collection when will my visit to the site page be reflected (will it be 24 hours for example).

What happens when users visit or view a custom list or system pages like the site contents or site settings page.  The visit to those pages will count for either the site visit/unique viewers total but will not count towards the most unique viewers or most viewed since those target either files or pages right?
