Uploaded file connection to offline file

Hi Guys!

i created a heavily connected file which has about 30 queries that all relate to files that are based within our company sharepoint folders. I built this file offline with saved just on my desktop and then uploaded it to sharepoint. However, now when I use the sharepoint version on a different desktop it is still looking for the original file and I cannot figure out why. I uploaded the file using the "upload" button so I assumed this just created a copy of the file in the sharepoint structure right?

The queries are created using power Query and basically import all kinds of data from a folder with Excel files. The second connection is to a live Power BI database using the "Analyze in Excel" add-in creating a pivot table from the PBI dataset. Any help would be very welcome!
