Update Profile issues

In our SharePoint online User Profile not updated properly. 

We updated all of our SharePoint user profile in administrator user profile area. but its not properly updated for all users.

some user not shown the Job title, email phone number. It show different for each users. But we updated all the fields in our user profile.

Why this happen? where we need to update user profile properly?
