Update Page Properties from confluence page into Sharepoint list

HI All,

I have a sharepoint list that catalogs Confluence webpage URL along with who modified it last and when.

Is there any way to automate this task, where some script will check the URL and update the user who last modified it and corresponding date in Sharepoint list.
