Unwanted Update

I was recently informed that I had made an adjustment to one of the titles of a training on our SharePoint site. The only problem is... I did not. In fact, I have never even heard of or used the term that the training had been update to (it was an old training that was from months ago, one that I had nothing to do with). Granted, the change is recorded under my SharePoint ID (no one else has access to my account, FYSA), but there is no possible way that I could magically pull that updated name out of nowhere. Any ideas or like issues?
