Unable to remove app

I tried adding app from below reference and faced few errors so I tried to remove app and deleted from site permission features under site settings and it's been disabled but not removed as I tried to add again as it's displaying app is already added.

Now I need to remove and add this app to make it work as per below reference.kindly help
