Unable to remove app on Sharepoint

Hi,

I added an app from Sharepoint store, that I'd like to remove.

I'm getting the message "Sorry, we couldn't remove the app, Click to retry"

When I click retry nothing happens.

I do this through "Site Contents" and in classic mode, and the app is still stuck.

What should I do?
