Unable to receive One Drive verification code

Hi Everyone,

 

May I ask if someone experience unable to receive One Drive verification code from no-reply@sharepointonline.com.

 

multiple users using our email domain were unable to receive the code. We already checked the junk folder and add this to safe senders list but still no code reached our mailboxes

    it should come to the users mailbox unless the user has turn it off,

    there are two type of notification one is the windows client notification which is for the files upload/download and any error inside onedrive..

    the other one is the onedrive notification, go to onedrive online > click on the gear icon > oneDrive Settings > Notifications.
