Unable to Filter using a Hyperlink or Picture column
We have an employee list in SharePoint where I want to see who has a photo and who does not. The Hyperlink or Photo column is being used for their pictures. It appears that the list can be Grouped and Sorted based on this column value but not Filtered. Any way around this?

not per default.
You can set a value in a new text field with a Flow. Or export the list to Excel and set filter in Excel.
