Unable to Create Wiki Page via REST API Due to Request Size Limit

We are trying to create a Wiki page in SharePoint Online using the REST API, but we are encountering an error due to the request size limit:

The request message is too big. The server does not allow messages larger than 2097152 bytes.

However, when creating the same page via the SharePoint UI, it works without any issues.

We need guidance on how to handle this limitation using the API. Is there a way to bypass or increase the request size limit, or an alternative approach to create large wiki pages programmatically?

    I can't answer the question but please don't use the wiki functionality in SharePoint. It is utterly rubbish, hasn't been updated since at least 2010, probably earlier, and is soooooo far behind professional wiki products like mediawiki and Wikidot.
