Unable to Change the Look on Modern Team Site, Page Displays Working on it...

Good afternoon!

I was excited when I told a team they could change their SharePoint team site to look the way they wanted. We even went through to choose the color theme that suited them. However, when I went to 'Try it out' I was taken to the 'Working on it... This shouldn't take long." page. This has been displaying for over an hour and I tried it on another modern site and ran into the same problem.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a solution?
