Hi. rbaetsen
To change the "tab title" of your SharePoint site:
1- Click the gear icon and select "Site Information."
2- Update the "Title" field with the desired tab title.
3- Save the changes and refresh the browser tab. Clear cache if needed.
4- Check custom scripts or branding settings if the issue persists.

Hi Lalit Mohan - thank you for your response.
Unfortunately, changing the tile yields the same result, this is what shows when I go to change the site name:
But the "RESEARCH & DESIGN" still shows in the tab title, which is bizarre.
Would you have any further details on how to access the custom scripts / branding settings?
Thank you!- ganeshsanapJul 03, 2023MVP

Realise you answered this last year, but when I tried your fix it still is showing the Research & Design on the site tab. Is there something else I can try?
Thanks
