Unable to add new term in open Termset (Only in Detail Pane)

Finally found the issue with Network error 'Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. Parameter name: lcid)
- You cannot add a new Term if your profile language is not available in termsets languages.
- It still is fine with old interface though.
After setting my profile language i can add new terms
