Unable to add a returning employee to a Sharepoint Group

Does this user get access denied when they try to access the site?
Hi Bharath.
It just seemed that SharePoint was being extremely slow.
I looked again at the list, after 10 mins and the name had appeared.
Just strange that this particular name took a while to display but others I added displayed straight away
