Total Amount Per User & Grand Total In Column

Hello

Maybe someone can give insight. I have a situation to where I need to get the Total of each user (to the left) in the screenshot and then the GrandTotal calculated at the bottom. Is there anyway to accomplish this with columns in SharePoint?
