Top bar is black on Sharepoint Online
The top bar of our site is black, this happened not too long ago. We can't change the color of it, and in fact the "Change The Look" setting comes up blank (ticket open).
I am trying to figure out if we are an isolated case or is that the same for everyone? Our used to be blue across our tenant.

Was there any response to resolution to this? The black bar does look out of place especially since most of the other pages and sites have the themed colours.
I have seen this happen many times but it is always temporary. I think that it occurs when updates are being deployed.
- I noticed when changing the theme with the new functionality. Some sites change the very top bar to the colour specified in the theme.
Other sites, do not reflect the chosen theme, anyone else seeing this? Same here, looks like this happens for Modern Pages
- hmmm... I have not seen this in the few tenants I use regularly
I've got the same, but only on the top-site. All sub-sites are using the user account-theme.
- I'm seeing the same and specifically when working on the modern experience...in the classic one I see the top bar in blue
