Timestamp in SharePoint recycle bin does not match local time

Does anyone know why the timestamp in the recycle bin does not match my local time?

I just deleted a file and it say 01.10 AM even though my local time is 10.10 AM. I guess it uses the time of the server location? At least it is a time zone in western part of US, and I am in CET.

Hi. Seeing this same behaviour on OneDrive for Business Recycle Bin only. That is time stamp for non deleted files does show accurately, but when displaying deleted timestamp of files and folders in Recycle Bin it shows 5 hours behind. This is for users in Chile.

When creating the user account, I'm certain that the region selected was Chile.

Checking language and region setting in OneDrive shows Mexico. Tried changing to Chile and waited til the next day, but the issue is not solved.

    Thanks

Yes, it looks correct in my documents libraries. Only recycle bin has its own time zone.

And it is the same for all our sites. I did a check in different Sharepoint sites in our organisation, and it is the same issue everywhere.
