Time zone & calendar sync issues

Hi everyone! Since Microsoft removed calendar sync between SharePoint and Outlook in modern SharePoint, it’s been a real limitation, especially for managing events across time zones. Does anyone know if there's any plan to bring this feature back or a reliable workaround?

Also, I’m currently entering events manually. One issue I’m running into: if I set an event for 12:30 PM EST, it should be 9:30 AM PST — but SharePoint doesn’t seem to adjust it properly. As a result, users in Beverly Hills sometimes don’t see the event at all or it shows as “past.” That’s the core challenge.

Any suggestions or fixes others have found?
