The Metadata in Detail Pane Auto-Move After Concurrent Users Update/Refresh within library issue

Dear All,

A training conducted and concurrent users update the metadata for their individual documents within same library.

Found that the metadata updated and it jumped to Activities list. The user complaint and said that it's buggy. Believing that the client scripting for after update event may cause this issue.

Any solution to prevent it? The filling up metadata in detail pane may not a good idea if the same issue keep raising up especially training session.

Example:

Filling Controlled Document Type using Taxanomy (Term Store) and jumped to Activities.

Does it possible to hide Activities list in detail pane?

Please advice.
